I live in the Bay Area, but I retained Kim as a replacement agent to help me sell my 2nd home in Mansfield, TX. It turned out to be the best decision I have taken in the last 10 years! Kim took this responsibility very personal and methodically prepared and staged the home to the point that I didn’t even recognize it again! While the former agent simply placed a for-sale sign and left for six months with no offers, Kim took ownership of her assignment and managed my home as if it was hers.
